Manual Labor With Love From the digging of the foundation with hoes and shovels to the sharpening of saws, everything was done manually. There is no electricity or running water in the Village. The only machine used in the construction was the village tractor to transport the big boulders from the nearby hillside. That we did this manually in 5 weeks is astounding and a testament to the Villagers! |
